Free cancellation window
For direct online bookings, you may cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled excursion departure time shown on your confirmation (or, if no clock time is confirmed yet, before 00:00 local time on the excursion date).
How to cancel
Email hello@lacorunashoreexcursions.com with your booking reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
Within 24 hours / no-show
Cancellations inside the free window, no-shows, or late arrivals that miss departure are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing.
If we cancel
If the local provider cancels the excursion, or if we notify you that the booking cannot be fulfilled, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.
Ship schedule changes
Your itinerary is planned around your ship’s time in port. Cruise lines may change arrival, departure, or omit a call entirely. If your ship does not call at La Coruña on the booked date, contact us as soon as you know — we will review a refund or rebooking where reasonably possible.
